"We couldn't be more proud of Shelby," said assistant head coach, Gregory Mercer. "To show up as a freshman in your first collegiate tournament as a goalie, especially somewhere as tough as the Davis Winter Invitational, and perform above and beyond, says a lot about her work ethic and character. Never mind she's only been a goalie for three months!"

The Huskies are now preparing for the start of Northwest Division play as both the Senior and Development teams head to Corvallis, Oregon, February 15th, for the first CWPA tournament of the season.
